The 50mm Drum Vac can be upgraded to a 63mm system if required. The larger the diametre of the suction hose the greater velocity that can be generated and this means an increase in suction hose length, extending out to 15 metres with both the 160 and 200 cfm units. The 63 mm suction hose will give a 3 metre vertical lift with the 200 cfm unit and 2 metres plus with the 160 cfm unit. The 50mm hose will give slightly higher verical lift but operate at slightly smaller hose lengths.

The abrasive garnet is n o problem for the Drum Vac and its huge power.
